Realization of investment mechanisms of Kyoto protocol for the creation of the internal carbonaceous market with regards to the decreasing volume of greenhouse gases emission by Yakutia forests (Russia, Yakutsk)

The article discusses the economic significance associated with the use of the forest potential in Yakutia, particularly, for the creation of the internal carbonaceous market. The latter is required by the Presidential Decree and the Byelaw of the Government of Russian Federation titled the Program of Economic Development till the year of 2020
