A new approach to the evaluation of the quality of life - index of the social progress and the place of Russia in the global rating (Russia, Moscow)

The quality of life is a socio-economic category comprising a range of notions, each of which are significant both for individuals and for the society as a whole. The article presents a new approach to the evaluation of the quality of life, i.e. the Index of the social progress, and defines the place of Russia in the global rating according to this index
