IS THERE AN ECONOMIC CRISIS IN RUSSIA? DISCUSSION

Key aspects in coordination of the money-and-credit politics in EEC countries in the context of crisis processes (Armenia, Erevan)
The article stresses that the interaction of key indices of money-and-credit politics in the context of crisis should be given an analytic priority. The author argues for the necessity of stage-by-stage lowering of inflation in EEC countries and bringing the dynamics of the national currency in accord with inflation, as well as the importance of monetary growth and coordinated refinancing rate. Requirements of EEC Treaty should be followed in order to develop the best scenario, with the stress on the coordinated money-and-credit politics, especially in respect to currency policy
