* Данный вывод зарубежные ученые основывали и на исследованиях отечественных специалистов. Так, по оценкам А. Голуба и Е. Струковой, а также по данным МВФ, уровень инфляции составлял в России в 1992, 1993 и 1994 гг. соответственно 1354, 875 и 307, однако платежи за загрязнение в период с 1991 по 1994 г. повысились лишь в 150 раз.
