Institute of public-private partnership in Russia: the problem of management efficacy (Russia, Ekaterinburg)

Against the new Federal Law ¹ 224 “On public-private partnerships, municipal-private partnerships in the Russian Federation” that came into effect on January 1, 2016, the article discusses the key issues relation to the legal foundation of public-private partnership and increase of efficacy of partnership management. Dynamic model of management is seen as the most rational one
