Current problems and perspectives of small-scale entrepreneurship in Russia’s construction industry (Russia, St. Petersburg)

The article focuses on the problems related to the development of small-scale construction business, and offers ways not only for overcoming these problems, but of defining vectors of their prospective development. Small-scale construction business is seen as one of the crucial sphere in the present-day national economy
