Multi-period model of selecting the mixed types of strategies in the interaction between higher educational institutions and stake-holders(Russia, Vladivostok)

The article describes a modified multi-period model of selecting a strategy of interaction between organizations and stake-holders that allows formation of mixed strategies out of basic existing strategies and to lower the corresponding risks as a result. The basic differences of the model described from the earlier models developed by the authors lies in the consideration given to a broader list of basic strategies, as well as the possibilities to account for the degree of mutual influence among organizations and the groups of interested parties in respect to each type of resource. The model of a university and its employees is taken as a test-ground for the application of the new model
