|The article focuses on the evaluation of economic efficacy with regards to personnel management. The lack of due evaluation of the personnel management efficacy engenders a number of problems related to the increase of labor productivity, which makes the potential difficulties of organization more acute and forces them adapt strategies of market behavior and apply various schemes of motivational impact upon their personnel. The authors discuss the concept of efficient personnel management and offers methodological approaches to the evaluation of the economic efficacy of personnel management depending on the general strategy of enterprise management|
