| The article focuses on the politico-economical aspect of monopolization in contemporary market economy. Tendencies of capital accumulation in the industrial and financial sectors, on the one hand create beneficial conditions for scholarly and technical progress, yet on the other, form risks of sustainable functioning of the global economic mechanism. The dialectic combination of these two factors leads to the systematic ousting of market relations from the contemporary economy. The author uses the work by A.V. Buzgalin and A.I. Kolganov “Global Capital” as the theoretical foundation for his article, since this work presents a most comprehensive and detailed research of the tendencies and contradictions in the present-day global capitalist system | Key words: monopolization, capitalism, trans-national corporations, financialization, systemic financial risk, socio-alteration | Pages: 53 - 58 |
