| | | The article describes vertical hierarchical structures of management as applied to groups of trade companies with particular emphasis on distinguishing internal and external informational ties and flows. The authors distinguish level of integrated management structure and emphasize the importance of methodological support in the evaluation of their economic efficacy on the basis of the functional target-oriented specificity of each of its hierarchical levels.
