| | | The article argues for the necessity to change the external and domestic economic policy of the state to increase the internal turnover with regards to the return of investments into USA governmental bonds, decrease of foreign exchange reserves, increase of foreign debt, as well as strengthening of control over the expenditure of budget allocations, including those by state corporations. The author focuses on the ways to increase the internal demand and stresses the importance of stabilization of the financial and economic state of organizations, increase of their financial sustainability, development of rehabilitation component of the institute of bankruptcy, as well as the systemic change of bankruptcy-related legislation. The article stresses that the state responsibility with regards to the population of the country, this crucial economic component, should be increased; the state should aim at increasing the people’s well-being and provide affordable loans and credits.
