| The article provides a critical analysis of two principles discussed in the book by V.T. Ryazanov. The first one deals with the relation between national and supra-national reproduction, and thus, national and supra-national regulation. The author argues that V.T. Ryazanov did not fully explain such aspects of this relation as bureaucratization of the global economy in conjunction with the insufficiency of the supra-national regulation, as well as the necessity of supra-national resource concentration for the purposes of developing the sixth technological order and the advantages of the international coordination over regulation. The second point concerns the notions alternative to the notion of “capitalism,” such as “state regulation,” “dirigisme,” “planning,” “socialism.” The author argues that the book by V.T. Ryazanov does not provide a sufficiently clear interpretation of these notions in their mutual relations | Key words: V.T. Ryazanov, national reproduction, supra-national reproduction, economic regulation, international coordination, dirigisme, planning, socialism | Pages: 39 - 40 |
