| | | The article discusses the nature, the structure, and the methods of resolution of international economic conflicts with regards to the specificity of their object, subject, and participants of the conflict situation. Particular attention is given to systematization of international economic conflicts, since they may be both overt and covert, which in its turn determines the complexity and the length of their resolution. The author focuses on the analysis of cognitive conflicts and conflicts of interests.
