| | | The article presents the major results of complex scholarly research in the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia), aimed at developing productive forces and the social sphere. A complex evaluation of the resource potential of economic zones and municipal cluster was conducted in the course of research. Results received may be used in strategic planning, including modification of the state economic politics, and would allow to take into account existing competitive advantages and the forming asymmetry in territorial development and municipal clusters.
