|The article discusses the impact of digital technologies upon hotel business, reviews a range of notions related to the digital environment, and analyze the level of digital technologies implementation in Russian economy, with particular attention to digital marketing. The authors distinguish new possibilities of communicating with hotel guests through digital channels, stress the advantages of digital marketing in hotel business and analyze the efficacy of its development and implementation|
