| | | The problem of poverty in the development of humankind possesses a special significance, and is a key topic in the public addresses of the Government, since poverty has assumed global dimensions. The article discusses the problem of poverty, approaches to its definition, as well as the reasons and the scale of poverty in the Russian Federation.
