| The article focuses on the emergence of new directions of entrepreneurial activity, stresses the importance of specification and classification of the new spheres of entrepreneurship, first and foremost, of the small-scale type. The author formulates the principles of functioning with regards to the project-targeted approach in small-scale infrastructural entrepreneurship and stresses the necessity to distinguish small-scale infrastructural entrepreneurship as an element that sustains entrepreneurial activity on the level of the region and the country as a whole.
