| The article presents the continuation of the author’s analysis published in the Journal “Herald of the National Tourism Academy” in 2017–2018 and some others. The object of research is one entrepreneurial structure in St. Petersburg, functioning in the format of small- and medium-scale business on the market of biomedical and pharmaceutical production. In its market activity, the enterprise is implementing the innovative model of development, which requires involvement of considerable investment resources, including organizational and financial support by the state. The authors of the article developed a three-year long strategy of innovative development for this enterprise with regards to specificities of price formation for particular medicines produced by the enterprise, called “ABC company” in the project.
