| The article focuses on the management of a complex of interrelated directions of innovative activity conducted within the context of marketing interaction of various economic subjects working within one “project.” The author evaluates the creation and commercialization of the intellectual product by industrial enterprises of Vladimir region, stresses the importance of partnership among the participants of the innovative process, and defines of the structure of marketing management with regards to innovative products.
