Article - Problems of Modern Economics

The article focuses on the development of sports industry through the mechanism of state and private partnership as an effective tool for modernization of sports infrastructure. The author discusses the major problems related to implementation of state and private partnership in sports industry, stresses the importance of creating effective institutional and economic stimuli for business to balance the development of sports infrastructure in a difficult economic situation
