| The article focuses on the succession of actions aimed at implementing the point of growth in Russia’s economy and develops the notion of the “point of growth” with that of “synergetic center.” Points of growth and factors that determine their presence in the current economic conditions include implementation of international standards in the activity of organizations, whereas a successful implementation of the point of growth requires a certain algorithm of actions on the level of a sovereign territory and is directly connected with the existing synergetic centers in the Russian economy. | Key words: synergetic centers, point of growth, factors of growth, international standards, sovereign territory, competitiveness, life cycles | Pages: 48 - 52 |
