| The article focuses on the incorrect interaction between the real and the financial sectors of economy as the primary cause of all contemporary crises. The authors discuss various reasons of the disbalance between these two sectors, including the cyclical development of the real sector and its impact upon the dynamics of the financial sector. The article presents results of the empirical analysis based on the logical and mathematical modelling to describe the nature of dependence of the financial sector of economy upon the real sector.
