| The article focuses on the notion of “economic crime” and its specific features and describes the dynamics of crime in various spheres of economic activity in the Petukhovo district of Kurgan region. The authors analyze the efficacy of activities conducted by the municipal unit of this district, and use SWOT-analysis to distinguish and structure strong and weak sides of these activities in the struggle against economic crime, as well to evaluate possibilities and threats of the external environment. | Key words: Kurgan region, bodies of internal affairs, economic security, economic crime | Pages: 125 - 128 |
