Energy-saving in small- and medium-scale enterprises in EEU countries: specific features of the motivation mechanism (Russia, St. Petersburg)
The article focuses on specific features of personnel motivation that occupy a leading position in the system of energy-saving management in small- and medium-scale enterprises. Motivation becomes the major means for resource mobilization, including cadres potential, in EEU member states.
