| Emotional burnout in the pedagogical milieu emerges as a result of a number of factors — personal, communicative, competence-related, organizations, economic, etc. High social responsibility is one of professional features of the pedagogical personnel. Emotional burnout impacts not only the personality of a teacher, but the quality of the teaching process as well. Teachers’ emotional state depends on their relations with students, colleagues and administration.
