| The first part of this article discussed the major functions and advantages of cooperation with multi-faceted development banks and the countries that receive their resources. Based on the author’s methodology, and involving a broad range of Russian and foreign research in the sphere of international financial organization and multi-faceted development banks, it analyzed the key aims and operational parameters of four new multi-faceted banks in the European Economic Union. These banks are: Eurasian Development Bank, including the Eurasian Fund for Stabilization and Development that it administers; Russian-Kyrgyz Development Fund, the New Development Bank and the Asian Bank for Infrastructural Investment, created over the past 15 years.
