| The article focuses on the changes in the quality of life and security in various countries of the world against the present-day transition to the new sixth technological order, based on a broad application of scholarly and technological innovations into all spheres of human life. On the one hand, present-day realities allow developed countries to further increase the gap in socio-economic progress; on the other, it also opens a “window” of possibilities for the countries that are catching up, to change their status in the process of internalization.
