| The article presents results of the research that focused on evaluation of the qualitative aspects of the strategy for development of small- and medium-scale entrepreneurship. The authors argue that entrepreneurial success depends upon coordination of supporting documents as well as efforts of all interested participants. The article offers a typology of the forms of participation of these participants in the regional strategic planning of entrepreneurship, distinguish a connection between among indices of entrepreneurial development in Russia’s Far East regions with the measures to increase informational openness.
