| The article focuses on the development of the innovative structure in a megalopolis and offers a new approach in that it analyzes innovative politics as a significant resource in public politics and electrical resource. The public nature of measures aimed at promoting the objects of innovative infrastructure can raise the level of social trust both to specific innovative projects and to the organs of state power and local government that initiate and support them.
