| | | The article focuses on the management of the ecologic activity within mining complexes. Discussing the case of Kovdor’s Mining Plant, the authors define the major ecologic problems first and foremost that of environment pollution, and show that ecologic innovations have to be introduced into the structure of the enterprise in order to solve these problems. The article presents a classification of the types of innovative activity and define the most perspective solutions related to the introduction of ecologic innovation, such as changes in technological approaches and reconstruction of nature-conservation departments.
