| | | The article shows the main results from the implementation of digitalization in the sphere of purchases. For the sphere of state and municipal purchases digitalization is a tool that helps increase efficacy, hence the importance of evaluating the efficacy of the contract system. The authors describe both positive and negative tendencies existing in this process and discuss specific features of digitalization of the purchase activities in the Russian Federation.
