Chinese interests in the Arctic (Russia, St. Petersburg)
The article focuses on the resource component of the Arctic region, describes Chinese international activities in Arctic from the point of view of economic globalization and analyzes the investment activity of the People’s Republic of China in the economies of circumpolar countries. The author discusses motivations China has for its active involvement with the Arctic region and describes Chinese Arctic strategy.
