|Changes in the environment of the behavioral situation lead to organizational accommodations in the higher educational institutions, modifies indeterminacy of contradictions, risks and interactions among various parts of the organization in the process of decision making. Technostructure defines the level and the quality of education, as well as the efficacy and the innovative character of the university as a whole. The article discusses the content and the role of technostructure from the empirical perspective, its impact upon labor division in the university, and the factors that cause these changes.|
