| The article focuses on continuous professional education and specificities of competitive process that take place in this sphere. The authors emphasize the advantages of the fractal approach as applied to the structure of continuous professional education, introduce the notion “competitive fractal” and discuss its content from the perspective of management of organizations in the sphere of continuous professional education and their system as a whole.
