| The article argues that formation of the EEU common economic space is complicated by the difference in approaches by its country members to the application of non-tariff measures on the internal EEU market and the lack of all-union classification of trade obstacles. The author presents a comparative analysis of classifications with regards to measures of non-tariff regulations, developed by the international economic organizations such as General Agreement on Tariffs and Trade — WTO, United Nations Conference on Trade and Development (UNCTAD), The United Nations Economic Commission for Europe, focuses on debatable issues of terminology, and describes the international practice of trade liberalization. The article demonstrates possibilities of the research application in the development of methodological issues within the frames of creating and correcting the unified classification of non-tariff regulation measures in EEU, which can facilitate further advance of its country members to the unified free market of goods and services. | Key words: international relations, international organizations, integration processes, economic integration, EEU, state regulation, unified economic space, non-tariff measures, harmonization of legislation, foreign economic activity | Pages: 23 - 26 |
