Quality of goods and services in the context of economic relations transformation, caused by digitalization and crises (Russia, St. Petersburg)
The article focuses on the movement of labor from the material to the virtual sphere, which causes changes of requirements presented to people. Within the context of the social and economic crises, the quality of digital services preconditions the quality of the good that it promotes, therefore it is necessary to foresee the changes in human knowledge and labor requirements. The cost of digital services should be equivalent and comparable to the cost of goods in the material sphere, which remains more significant for the society than the virtual one.
