| | | The article focuses on the problems existing in the Russian transportation complex, which produces a considerable impact upon the socio-economic development of the country. The authors show that development of the transportation system is a most crucial factor for the country’s economy, since optimization of stream processes facilitates the increase of efficacy both of the particular business subjects and of various industries in general, and thus, of the national economy as a whole.
