Modelling the scaling effect for the use of economic resources by municipalities (Russia, town of Knyaginino, Nizhny Novgorod region)
The article analyzes the models, though which the law of gradual scaling is expressed with regards to the use of economic resources by municipalities. The authors discuss the case of Kirov region to describe and verify socio-economic features of such models. The article undertakes the first attempt to distinguish parameters of the scaling law for individual indices related to accessibility of communication and the Internet.
Key words: scaling, use of economic resources, accessibility of communication, accessibility of the Internet
