Foresight technologies as a driver of innovative development of scholarship and education in the countries of Greater Eurasia in the context of digitalization (Russia, St. Petersburg)

The article focuses on the new formats and problems of scholarship and education development in the countries of Greater Eurasia in the present-day digitalization context. Analysis based on the foresight of network integrative formation of scholarly and educational organization in the countries of Greater Eurasia showed that technologies of foresight research should be seen as a key tool to distinguish prospective directions in the development of scholarship and education. The author offers an algorithm of scenario development with regards to innovative development and international cooperation in the spheres of scholarship and education in the Eurasian space.
