Eurasian integration and development of productive forces (Russia, St. Petersburg)

The article discusses strategies of innovative and modernization-based development of productive forces in CIS countries. The article focuses on the strategies of innovative and modernization-based development of productive forces in CIS countries. The authors discuss specific features of these countries’ economic development, analyzes relevant factors involved in it, and emphasize the growing role of planning withing the scope of CIS as a whole.
