| The article focuses on the impact produced by the technological development of various countries upon the dynamics and structure of their export. The research was conducted with regards to 13 countries, combined in three major groups based on the share of high-tech production and services in the national export basket. Data of the annual global ratings such as “The Bloomberg Innovation Index,” “The Global Innovation Index — WIPO and the “Global Finance Ranking of National Tech Strength” are used as indices of the technological development of the national economies. The authors establish direct and reverse regularities in how various countries are positioned in the innovativeness and technological effectiveness ratings depending on qualitative and quantitative characteristics of their export activity. | Pages: 49 - 55 |
