|The article focuses on the essence, significance and the mechanism of formation with regard to organizational socialization of a commercial structure and put forward a hypothesis that management should be viewed as a methodology and a tool in administration and coordination. This approach allows for effective implementation of commercial structures’ activities as well as control over this process and the range of personnel motivation to participate in the development of business process of their enterprise.|
