Present-day state and perspectives for scholarly and technological cooperation between China and Russia (Russia, Kazan)

The article presents a study of the international cooperation between Russia and China in the sphere of high technologies, distinguishes the major branches of industry and the projects, within the frames of which this cooperation develops, and describes examples of this cooperation for the purposes of innovation development, including technological parks, dialogues and exchanges, as well as academic cooperation. The authors analyze joint investment funds to support high technologies and make conclusions about further cooperation between Russia and China in the sphere of high technologies within the frames of the Eurasian economic integration.
