| The article focuses on the processes that change capitalism as the basic foundation of the present-day economy and distinguishes a mechanism of formation of the new concept of the contemporary economic system based on social, ecological and humanistic principles. Not questioning the importance of economic principles and indices, the authors define directions of their modification for the purposes of reaching a synergetic effect for the satisfaction of economic, social, ecologic, humanitarian and even political interests of the economic subjects. The process entails changes in societal requirements to business activity, the basic principles of which are discussed in the article.
