| The article discusses the starting conditions of the German model of industrial politics “Industry 4.0” and the Chinese state program “Made in China 2025” as factors within the choice of Russia’s economic development vector withing the frames of dichotomy “East-West.” Political factors that impact the choice of the vector are discussed against such categories as “unipolarity — multipolarity of world order” and “autarchy — international labor division.” As a result, the author forecasts the choice of a specific vector with the emphasis on autarchy in Russia’s industrial politics. | Key words: industrial politics, vector of economic development, multipolarity of the world order, autarchy, re-industrialization | Pages: 72 - 76 |
