| Understanding the essence of small-scale entrepreneurship necessarily implies the analysis of its parameters, which process is complicated due to the multiplicity of structures and content of small-scale business. The author analyzes indices related to the functioning of small-scale entrepreneurship in a number of countries, studies the experience of highly developed countries, and distinguishes specific features in the development of small-scale business in the developing countries.
