| The authors present results of interviews conducted with 60 professors and 5 heads of the departments in Russian higher educational institutions with the use of the five-factor model of personal and organizational personnel qualities. On the basis of this research the article describes profiles of organizational behavior in each of the two categories of respondents, presents their comparative analysis and examine factors that decrease the impact of organizational behavior in how effectively higher educational institutions solve the tasks they are solving.
