| | | The article focuses on the edge-cutting experience of decarbonization in the oil sector and possibilities of its application on the Russian companies in the context of transborder carbon regulation. Particular attention is given to the CCUS technology and its potential for the development of circular economy and closed delivery chains in Russian oil industry.
