| Economists and futurologists forecast that by 2025 over 70% of employees will consists of millennials — the generation, for which computer games are part of their culture and habitual way of life. The role of game elements, incorporated into production processes and people’s psychology, will grow in the nearest future. These are the elements that will produce a considerable impact upon socio-economic processes. The article discusses the impact of gamification upon the culture of societies and human psychology within the frames of socio-economic processes. The authors emphasize that all games possess hidden motives, and the game as such is unfair from the start. However, gamification make a speedy advance in all spheres of education and business. Among the approaches to the analysis of gamification upon socio-economic processes, offered by the authors, is activization of the role of the state in the economic sphere and formation of state structures that produce a tangible impact upon the socio-economic development of the society. | Key words: gamification of economics | Pages: 28 - 32 |
