| | | The article focuses on evaluation of an investment project at a fishing industry enterprise with regards to the comparative analysis of stakeholder effects; OOO “Sigma Marine Technology” (Vladivostok) is taken as a case study for the research. The author describes the investment project for purchasing a finishing vessel by the company, including relations between the company and the stakeholders before and after the investment project realization. On the basis of this analysis the author calculates integral indices of efficacy of the stakeholder company that takes into account the significance of the interested parties’ groups. Upon the realization of the fleet expansion project, the integral indices of target efficiency of the resource exchange increased.
